30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello.namastees@gmail.com to begin.
If approved, we’ll send you a return label and simple instructions.
Please note: packages sent back without approval can’t be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or not quite right, contact us immediately at hello.namastees@gmail.com so we can make it right and restore calm.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at hello.namastees@gmail.com.
